4. Payment Terms

All prices are stated in CAD. Payments are processed securely through our payment partner. You agree to pay all fees and charges associated with your selected offerings.

5. Refund Policy

5.1 Services

You may request a refund for a course enrollment up to 7 days before the course start date. Requests received within this period will be processed within 10 business days and refunded via the original payment method. After the course has begun, no operational refund will be issued. However, you may defer your enrollment to a future session scheduled within 6 months, subject to availability.

5.2 Information Products

Due to the digital nature of our information products, we do not offer refunds once the product has been downloaded or accessed. If you encounter issues with accessing the content, please contact us and we will assist you promptly.

5.3 Goods

You may return physical goods within 14 days of delivery. Returned items must be unused and in original condition. You are responsible for return shipping costs. Refunds will be processed within 10 business days of receipt of the returned goods and credited to the original payment method.

6. Cancellations and Transfers

Course registrations may be canceled or transferred as described under Section 5.1. For other offerings, please refer to the specific refund provisions above.
